The object of this research focuses on executive compensation, which is a form appreciation for the agent’s contribution as party responsible company performance and improvement walfare principals. aims study to determine effect profitability leverage compensation in non financial companies listed Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017 – 2019. Population 2019 with sample by Kompas100 index represent existing population. Independent variables used are measured return assets (ROA) debt equity ratio (DER). Dependent variable total remuneration president director. This also control such age, gender tenure. sampling method purposive sampling. model panel data fixed approach. findings have shown that has negative significant compensation.
